I have a 2006 spyder tlr that hasnt really been used for about a year and the people over at my normal paintball field said that its too slow and thats as fast as its gonna go. How do i make it shoot faster?

I openly admit that I am a complete a total newb at paintball. I have a Smart Parts Ion and I go playing with some friends from my school every month or so. I’m not looking to play professional, but how the hell do those guys shoot their guns so fast using two fingers???? Is it some kind of technique because it boggles my mind.
