What kind of paint is good for painting a paintball gun?

I just recently purchased an Sp1, and want to put a camo paint job on it… The last time I tried to do this with a paintball gun, it didnt work… every time paint hit the paint on the gun, it melted it off. Does any one know of a paint that i can get from like walmart that will stay on and last?

I am looking to buy a new paintball gun. My current gun is a PMI pirrahna evo. It is really heavy and not very reliable. I have been looking at Protos, Invert minis, and Dangerous Power guns. My price range for a gun is from 200 to 400 and i also need a pod pack, commpressed air tank, and mabey a jersey. What stores or websites have resonable prices and what brand of gun would you reccomend.
