  1. I prefer Spoolies because i prefer the quietness of it, id rather get ore kills cause people dont know where i am then have to air my gat up more and do more to maintain it than not get the kills and get bunkered cause people know where i am, i use a Dye NT, and dont call me bias, ive shot many spoolies and poppet guns, but mikes right, its about preference

  2. you can easily hear the poppet shooting sound from the outside field.but you barely hear the spool shooting sound if you’re outside the field, only when you get close to the guy who’s using spool marker.

  3. Nope, but there is no open bolt spool valve, an open bolt poppet has seperate rammer housing from the actual poppet and bolt, theres tons of closed bolt poppets, for example the gun second from the far right (the one with the bright silver clamp on the feedneck.) is an Invert Mini, its a poppet and you can clearly see in the video that its closed bolt, and the WHOLE Bob Long Marq series, the Marq 6, Marq 7, Marq Edge, Marq Rapper, the Closer, and the Victory are ALL closed bolt but poppets.

  4. @paintballa2195 not always because the invert mini is a poppet valve but almost always a closed bolt will be a spool valve but all open bolts guaranteed are poppet valve.
